Just because summer has come to a close doesn’t mean that Winchester is going into hibernation yet. This fall the City of Winchester and Full Circle Marketing will be hosting a two-day beer and wine festival with a game day atmosphere on September 6 (5pm-11pm) and September 7 (12noon-8pm). Downtown Tailgate will fuse the high-energy atmosphere of a football game day with the sophistication of a traditional beer and wine festival. The venue for this event will be in the heart of Winchester, along Old Town Winchester’s walking mall on the Feltner parking lot (same location as Rockin’ Independence Eve) and the courtyard in front of the Old Civil War Courthouse Museum.
